How to have Glowing Youthful Vibrant Skin in 7 days

Is your skin looking dull, greyish, dry or uneven and you feel like you have lost your glow and sparkle?

Maybe you need to make some simple changes to your routine for 7 days to get back your glow.

We have all heard the saying “you look a bit off colour” or “a bit pale”. Our skin is an indicator of our overall health and energy.

If the skin is glowing, it instantly gives an appearance of beauty, attractiveness and well-being. If your skin is not glowing, it leads to an appearance of low energy or being unwell.

Sometimes we go for the quick fix and cover lack-lustre skin with foundation. This can only be a short term solution, as everyone can tell when you are low on energy.

  • Step 1. If you are a coffee drinker then for 7 days switch to decaf or even better stop drinking coffee. Instead have Green Tea, Dandelion Tea or any other cleansing tea.
  • Step 2. Drink 5-8 glasses of pure water daily.
  • Step3. Every other day, exfoliate skin in shower with a mild and organic face scrub like Purestuf Glow. This will quickly take the greyness from your skin.
  • Step 4. It is important to remove make up before you sleep. While you are asleep, nature is doing lots of healing work for you and your skin needs to be free of make up. Use an organic cleaner and organic night oil or balm and this will help natures magic to return your glow.
  • Step 5. For a week, let go of fast food and junk food. Eat fresh organic veggies, fresh fruit, lots of salads and lean white meat. Limit your alcohol to one glass of good quality red wine with a meal.

      • Open your mouth and eyes really wide open, and then hold for count of 3. Do this 3 times
      • Press your index fingers into the corner of your mouth to stop a smile. Do this 3 times
      • Press your index fingers lightly into the outer corners of each eye. Hold for the count of 3 and then repeat 3 times
